Drinking the Period Therapy infusion tea as is without any added sweetener like honey or jaggery was a bit of a shock for my taste buds. It is TOO BITTER in the original form and couldn't be have had like that. Later, I mixed 1 to 1.5 tsp of honey in that, then sipped it gradually. Tasted a bit bearable after that. Regards the pain reduction part, it is about 50-60% effective for me on peak period days ( Day 1 and 2) and I also used heating bag along with it on the side. Moreover, I could only finish half of the infusion at once, thus 1 packet was consumed twice in a day. The product is a try it once kind for me. I don't think I'm gonna come back to it again and again regularly. That's my experience. Thanks for reading. Also, the price is a bit steep for just 10 sachets.
