Dosage:

Painful cramps

  • Take 1-2 cups a day; increase dosage upto 2-4 cups on the first two period days if needed.
  • Start taking a day before your periods start; continue till the last period day.

PMS

  • Take 1-3 cups a day based on symptoms.
  • Take from 3 days before your periods start, or when PMS starts for you.
  • Continue taking till periods start.

PCOD

  • Take one cup every day for 3-6 months.

How long does it take to see results?
