From insomnia to deep sleep

Hello. I bought the sleep therapy a few weeks back. I have insomnia from rime to time and was prescribed medications. As I was tampering off my meds I found it more difficult to sleep and then I came across your product. I just instantly believed and bought one month packet. Honestly on the first night I had some kind of mild allergy like reaction. So I brewed myself a very light tea from the next day and it started working. After consuming it, the first few days I was able to sleep a few good hours. And now I sleep for 7-8 hours yay!!! Wake up in between but I can go back to sleep. Now I am able to sleep on my own and use only the tea when I am stressed or tired. Thank you Alpine and the team.
