We didn't want to compromise. We decided no one should have to.
It started with a bout of poor sleep. I don't believe in pills as a go-to for daily health — so I tried everything natural. Ashwagandha. Magnesium. Chamomile. Passionflower. Lavender. No relief. They all promised some improvement in 6–12 weeks — weeks I didn't have. Hormonal supplements and sleeping pills were out of the question for me. I really suffered.
And then the question came. So much of what medicine knows came from plants — so plants had to be potent. So why were the naturals around me so slow?
We decided to go chasing answers. Two years later, we found what we were looking for.
