I don’t have a regular sleep issue but I tried last nigth since I was very tired. Tasted good, no need of a sweetener.I did feel particularly fresh in the morning. No brain fog. I actually like work today 🙂

The first time I had it, did induce sleepiness almost 30 mins after consuming it. I did fight my sleep because I was watching a movie but slept after an hour. I had a nice long sleep, without any breaks so definitely works. I need to stop fighting my sleep 🙂 After that I have been regularly having it , I notice a deifnite improvement
